Subscription Policy

Purchasing a subscription can be a convenient method of auto scheduling future deliveries of your chosen product/s. The duration and the frequency of your subscriptions can be selected at checkout with prices shown.

By setting up a subscription, you acknowledge, agree, and authorise that each subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled or we suspend, or terminate it.

Cancellation can be made anytime by contacting us at hello@carnivorego.com. Please note, cancellation will need to be made 24-hour prior to the next dispatch date to avoid this being charged. To ensure you’re in control, we will send an email reminder of your next order a minimum of three business days before the date of your next order being dispatched.

If you wish to make any amendments to your order or need to update your information this can be done with immediate effect through your account profile.

Your chosen payment method will be securely stored. Your payment method will be charged a minimum of one business day prior to your next order dispatch date.

If the amount due to be charged to your Billing Account deviates from the amount pre authorised (expect for due to imposition or change in the amount of sales taxes), we will give you with notice as soon as possible stating the change in the amount and the date that the change will be brought into effect. This will not affect your right to cancel your subscription at any time if you do not wish to continue with your purchase.
