This is tasteless and dissolves cleanly in hot drinks and shakes, and it does not leave gritty bits at the bottom, which is half the battle. The 13g daily serving feels substantial, and the larger 400g pouch is useful if you actually want a full month supply without constantly reordering. After a few weeks, I noticed slightly better joint comfort and my skin looked a bit more hydrated, subtle but real. It is a single ingredient collagen product, which I prefer when I want simplicity. At around £26 for 400g, it is good value per serving compared to many smaller tubs.

Taste wise, it is very neutral. In coffee I cannot notice it at all. In plain water there is the slightest hint of something, but nothing unpleasant or off putting.
After a few weeks of consistent use, my joints feel a bit less stiff first thing in the morning. Skin feels slightly more hydrated too, though that is always harder to measure. It is not a dramatic change, but more of a gradual improvement.

I have been adding collagen into my routine for a while now, mainly to support joints and general wear and tear. At 45, between gym sessions and lifting a 3 year old who insists he is still tiny, I feel it in my knees more than I used to.
This is a 100 percent grass fed bovine collagen powder, providing type 1 and 3 peptides. It is hydrolysed, so it is designed to dissolve easily, and in fairness it does. I mix a scoop into my morning coffee or a glass of water and it disappears with a quick stir. No clumps and no gritty texture.
Taste wise, it is very neutral. In coffee I cannot notice it at all. In plain water there is the slightest hint of something, but nothing unpleasant or off putting.
After a few weeks of consistent use, my joints feel a bit less stiff first thing in the morning. Skin feels slightly more hydrated too, though that is always harder to measure. It is not a dramatic change, but more of a gradual improvement.
The 400g tub lasts a decent amount of time depending on your daily serving, which makes it fairly good value compared to some smaller tubs on the market.

I’m currently losing weight with MJ and when you lose weight one of the side effects can be loose skin and fine lines suddenly appearing so Collagen supplements are a must for me.
This comes in a powder form like most collagen supplements; it dissolves quickly and easy in my morning hot drink with no ‘tainted’ flavour, it didn’t repeat on me or cause any stomach/digestion issues.
At 1 tablespoon a day (13mg) you have a 30-day supply, this works out at just over 96p per day based on the current list price of £28.99 which may look a bit expensive at first glance, but this is a single ingredient Collagen supplement with no fillers.
This Collagen powder contains type 1 & 3 collagen (Types explained below) and the daily dosage of Collagen is 13,000mg a day which is a good high daily dose to take. Each dose also provides 11.7g of protein a day which is great towards my protein daily target.
I like that this is lab tested which gives me peace of mind that what is on the label is what is in the pack and that the collagen is sourced from Grass fed cows.
Collagen Types Explained:
Type I collagen: supports healthy youthful looking skin, this is your go-to, as it makes up 90 percent of your hair, skin, and nails
Type II collagen: helps build cartilage and is known for its immune-boosting and joint-supporting properties.

The 13g daily serving feels substantial, and the larger 400g pouch is useful if you actually want a full month supply without constantly reordering. After a few weeks, I noticed slightly better joint comfort and my skin looked a bit more hydrated, subtle but real. It is a single ingredient collagen product, which I prefer when I want simplicity. At around £26 for 400g, it is good value per serving compared to many smaller tubs.

I also like that it’s manufactured in the UK Andy the sample I was sent had a best before date a year in advance which is plenty of time.
To sum up, its a high quality supplement that’s easy to take and seems to work well. I’d buy it again and would recommend it!
