The capsules are fairly average large size and easy to swallow if taken with water. The recommended dose is to take 6 capsules per day. At the current selling price this works out at about £1.14 per day which is about average value when compared to similar organ supplement products. I do not eat many organ meats so we are told that this kind of supplement is especially helpful in providing enzymes to support energy production, focus and a boost to the immune system.

Ordered this product to supplement a rather poor diet of late. Although I try to eat nutritious foods i often find myself choosing convenience and cost over quality.

These being 100% natural from beef organs suited my needs for a clean product with no fillers and quality ingredients that are effective.

They are in capsule form of a regular size to most supplements and are easy to swallow without any odd tastes.

With 180 capsules and a dosage of 6 a day it is a one month supply although I'm taking half dose for 2 months.
At the current price of £30 it would be £1 a day at the recommended dose so for the nutritional value and quality I think it is good value.

This grass-fed collagen peptides seems to be a good-quality product. It mixes easily into drinks without clumping, and the taste is almost imperceptible.

I like to use collagen peptides to support skin and joints, and this seems ti be doing the job well. My skin feels a little smoother, and my knees don’t feel as stiff after workouts.

I like that the collagen in this supplement comes from grass-fed cows which is always the best option from a heath and animal welfare point of view, and it doesn't contain any unnecessary additives. The pouch size is generous for the price, it re-seals well and I think it's good value at the current price of £24.64 for the generous daily serving of 13,000mg a day, it works out at 82p per day. I also like that it's manufactured in the UK Andy the sample I was sent had a best before date a year in advance which is plenty of time.

To sum up, its a high quality supplement that's easy to take and seems to work well. I’d buy it again and would recommend it!

So many animal food products today are loaded with growth hormones, antibiotics and fertilisers from the grass they feed off. All these chemicals pass through to the food we eat and some have a negative build up in our body. This supplement is GMO free, hormone and pesticide free that promotes strong confidence in the product.

There is one catch to this, however, the capsules are LARGE, and I simply can't swallow something that looks like a pessary and not a small capsule or tablet. I have found a workaround that suits me. I open the capsules and empty the dried contents onto food, making it part of what I eat.

This is tasteless and dissolves cleanly in hot drinks and shakes, and it does not leave gritty bits at the bottom, which is half the battle. The 13g daily serving feels substantial, and the larger 400g pouch is useful if you actually want a full month supply without constantly reordering. After a few weeks, I noticed slightly better joint comfort and my skin looked a bit more hydrated, subtle but real. It is a single ingredient collagen product, which I prefer when I want simplicity. Im shocked to see such a high quality supplements these days usually theyre all full of fillers and nasties however these are 100% natural with no chemicals or bulking agents. I like that this is lab tested which gives me peace of mind that what is on the label is what is in the pack and that the collagen is sourced from Grass fed cows.

Collagen Types Explained:
Type I collagen: supports healthy youthful looking skin, this is your go-to, as it makes up 90 percent of your hair, skin, and nails

Taste wise, it is very neutral. In coffee I cannot notice it at all. In plain water there is the slightest hint of something, but nothing unpleasant or off putting.

After a few weeks of consistent use, my joints feel a bit less stiff first thing in the morning. Skin feels slightly more hydrated too, though that is always harder to measure. It is not a dramatic change, but more of a gradual improvement.

Whilst these may be justifiably expensive due to quality and production costs, may have a more limited appeal because of the expense.

The recommended dose is for 6 capsules per day, at U.K. £0.22 per capsule, equates to U.K. £1.33 per day.

Whilst this is considerably cheaper than a steak, it is generally expensive for a supplement.
Yet, these are ideal for those with difficulty in swallowing/digesting meat such as steak, beef, etc. such as the infirm or elderly who have dexterity problems cutting up their food.
Also, a good supplement for those who visit the gym regularly.

A convenient way of absorbing protein but not as delicious, or as messy, as cooking a steak.

I’m a BIG fan of liver and the multitude of health benefits consuming it on a regular basis gives me. It’s such a nutritional powerhouse. And although when I was younger - even the smell of liver had me running from the house - I know how to cook it now, so it can be half way enjoyable.

The only bit of info I’d like to know is what one capsule is equivalent to in terms of weight of liver. A dosage suggestion is given, but I’d like to know the capsule equivalent. At this price point - I’d say it’s not something everyone can afford. But if you can’t stomach eating liver then this is one of those supplement investments that will pay you back in the health benefits it gives.
