Shipping Policy
Processing times
We process all orders within 1-2 business days.
Best endeavours will be made to process orders made before 1:00pm on the same day. Orders made after 1:00pm will be processed on the next business day. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Although rare, processing time delays can occur when we are experiencing a high volume of orders or through factors outside of our control.
If there is a significant delay to your order, you will be notified via email. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
Rates & Delivery Estimates
At Carnivore Go, we keep it simple! We offer two options to suit your requirements.
Shipping charges for your orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout depending on your chosen delivery option.
Our standard option is free, but we also have the express delivery option for a small additional fee. Tracking information will be made available on all orders.
Our trusted Couriers Partners are the Royal Mail and Evri.

24-hour delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the mainland UK.
We endeavour to ensure all deliveries are made within the specified timescales. However, factors outside our control can occasionally lead to delays.
Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed. You will receive an additional email notifying you of your order being dispatched which will contain your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-hours.
International Shipping
Carnivore Go unfortunately currently do not ship internationally. Apologies for any potential inconvenience caused.

Return Policy
General
We offer full refunds on all requests made within 30 days of your purchase if the product is in an eligible condition.
To be eligible for a refund the item must be unused, unopened with the seal intact and in the same condition that it was received in. This is due to the perishable nature of a food supplement once the seal has been broken.
Unfortunately, if a refund request is made after 30 days, we cannot offer a refund, so we encourage all refund requests to be made at your earliest convenience to avoid disappointment.
Accepted refunds can be processed simply by contacting us at hello@carnivorego.com quoting your order reference number or reply to your order confirmation email. Further instructions will then be issued including the return address.
Please ensure all returned items are repackaged securely inside a box. We recommend all returns are sent via Royal Mail tracked delivery. Unfortunately, if your returned items are damaged in transit, we won’t be able to offer a refund.
Refunds will be processed immediately upon acceptance. However, it can take up to 10 business days for the funds to return to your account depending on your bank.
The Refund Process:
- Please contact us at hello@carnivorego.com or by replying to your order confirmation email and provide any supporting evidence in the case of a damaged item.
- We will send all relevant information including the return address.
- Securely repackage your item within a box and send it to the return address.
- Once your return has been received, inspected, and accepted you will receive an email confirming the return status. Your refund will be processed immediately and should be back into your bank within 10 working days, although this is dependent on your bank. The refund will be made to your original payment method.
For accepted return requests, the following options are available depending on your preference:
- Full Refund, or.
- Exchange
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on gift cards.
Damages
We are sorry to hear your order has been damaged on its way to you. Unfortunately, during shipping, there are factors outside of our control, but we will do everything we can to resolve this as quickly as possible.
If You received Your Order damaged, please contact us at your earliest convenience at our email address: hello@carnivorego.com and we will be happy to help.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and send photos to help us resolve the matter expeditiously. We can then send a replacement item or issue a full refund.
Returned Deliveries
Parcels that are not accepted upon delivery, or not collected from the sorting office will be refunded upon receipt at our premise following return by our Courier Partners.
Unfortunately, this will incur an additional Courier admin charge which we will deduct from your refund.
Cancellations / Amendments
Please contact us immediately at our email address: hello@carnivorego.com if you wish to cancel or amend your order and we will endeavour to fulfil this request.
However, due to the speed we pick, pack and dispatch orders it is often not possible to cancel or amend orders, which also applies to changes to delivery address, payment method or exchanges.
If this applies to you, please note the return process can always be followed for a full refund.
