My name is Toby, I’m the founder of Carnivore Go.
I’ve had a passion for nutrition, biohacking and fitness for as long as I can remember. I’ve always stayed dialled in, and keep an open mind to new ideas and approaches.
This led to discovering the carnivore diet in late 2019 after having had my interest piqued listening to the likes of Shawn Baker and Paul Saladino.
I must admit, the idea of eating only meat sounded pretty crazy but by January 2020, I was ready to give it a go, motivated by an abundance of anecdotal stories reporting incredible benefits.
Despite the transitory period including some pretty intense carb cravings and interrogation of my pack lunches by colleagues… I soon began to feel the benefits.
I benefited from elevated and consistent energy levels without any dips, my brain fog vanished and I slimmed down, whilst maintaining muscle mass. As someone who was skeptical going in, I was shocked with how good I felt in less than 2 weeks!
Also my concerns of growing bored of an all meat diet never materialised and I enjoyed eating until full.
Being conscious of potential nutrients deficiencies led me to discovering the nutritional powerhouses that grass-fed beef organs are with very few ‘superfoods’ being able to rival their impressive nutritional profile and diverse range of vitamins and minerals.
Beef liver in particular stood out as a nutritional powerhouse, amongst nutritional powerhouses.
After some struggle to source high-quality, grass-fed beef organs, I began eating liver, heart and kidney. I noticed this took my carnivore diet up a notch, and I felt even better!
However, there was one unignorable downside – the taste! Heart wasn’t great, liver was hardly bearable, and I just couldn’t stomach kidney at all. It didn’t take long for me to question if there was an alternative.
While exploring alternatives, I found there to be a limited offering of beef organ supplements. However, I had concerns that many brands were opaque with ingredients sourcing and included sub-par extras like fillers and flow agents.
Inspired by the benefits I’d experienced from an animal-based diet, eating grass-fed organs and being confident of improving the UK’s offering, rooted in the personal values I’d insist on as a customer, the idea of Carnivore Go was born.

Ruminants have grazed on grasslands for millions of years and actually co-evolved with grasses. When they have grazed an area, they move onto the next leaving behind their valuable manure which fertilises the land.
Responsible regenerative farming replicates rotational grazing to closely mimic their natural behaviour. Natural fertilisation improves soil health which results in improved carbon sequesters potential, and supports microbes and more diverse plant life. Increased plant growth protects against topsoil erosion which depletes soil quality.
